hi everyone

ive had, very serious insomnia and tinitus it has totally ruined my life for the past two years but this month is the worse ever ,ive been living on only 3/4hours sleep a week , sometimes 2/3days without falling asleep

    have a full iron panel ran including ferrtine i had the exaxt same symptoms and insomnia and sure enough all my iron panels were low

      the doctors do nothing put me on 2/3 different tablets which doesn't help sleep and every 3months give me 7 strong sleeping tablets which work im in a very bad way another night no sleep, thanks can anyone recommend a strong tablet which will knock me out and sleep thanks for listening to me phil Grimsby

      Ask for 15mg Mirtazapine, it is an antidepressant but is a fairly strong sedative too. If that doesn't work then go back & ask for 10mg Zolpidem or ask for it first. It is a fast acting sleeping tablet & strong. Tell them how insomnia is effecting your life, really pile it on & push it you'll more likely get the Zolpidem prescription. Zolpidem is addictive which is why docs are reluctant to prescribe but tell them you need sleep for your physical & mental health.......a pill is better than no sleep. Really push it with them good luck.

      i know what you mean but doctors wont help they give zoplicone 7/14 tablets every three months,i buy them online but they dont really work usually 3/4hours one or twice weekly need something stronger lide been a nightmare for two years got tinitus and serious insomnia

      There is something stronger than Zopiclone it is called Nitrazepam but I don't think your doctor will prescribe. Nitrazepam would keep you asleep longer than Zopiclone.

      i will try next Friday when I've a got appointment,but it be same answer maybe 7x zoplicone they are rubbish help for two hours then wide-awake but they only give me 7 for three months,i may have to get nitrazepan online a small amount of but will try anything im wide awake again the last 48hours its ruined my life thanks for replying

    I listen to you tube stories, movies or music on ear phones and fall asleep.

      hi thanks for reply i live on 1/2hours sleep have done for over two years tryed everything,when i take zoplicone sleeping tablets i get 3/4 couple vof times a week doctors wont give me anything stronger thanks for your reply
