Phimosis and weird spots

hi so I can't retract my foreskin, but I've been stretching for a few days and its already a lot better so I don't think I've got anything to worry about. The real problem is is that I've got tiny pale spots near the head of my penis on my foreskin image and larger spots on my testicles with hair growing from them image Does anyone know how to fix this or what it is? sorry if this is a long post I've never posted here before

    can someone please help me i think i have the same thing as cameron but idk for sure it look the same almost and they dont burn or itch or anything but i noticed it the other night
