Photodynamic therapy treatment for prostate cancer

Photodynamic therapy (VTP) is a minimally invasive way to destroy cancer tumors in the body without surgery.  At this time the only way to get this focal treatment and the drug that's administered by IV is by clinical trial  in America. It is available in Mexico and Europe and is there anyone out there that has traveled to receive this treatment? What do you think of this new focal therapy and does it have minimal risks as compared to other focal treatments?
