Does anyone still get physical symptoms of anxiety even when your not anxious like tense muscles, lightheaded, faintness derealization and one of my triggers for panic attacks is head pressure not like headaches but a weird pressure inside my skull and another trigger is sweats even though im a sweat 16 year old boy haha, its kind of freaking me out a little even though the past few days i have been regaining control of my anxiety.

I would strongly suggest visiting your GP to discuss this issue because these anxiety symptoms can be signs of something else physiological. You described "lightheaded, faintness derealization" which can mean either anemia or Vitamin D deficiency.
Don't be too worried by googling symptoms because this will increase your anxiety.
Again, visit your GP and they may order blood tests.

yes i do and its just another unfortunate thing that comes with anxiety. i will tell my mom or husband about these "symptoms" that i am feeling and they will say its probably my anxiety and i can recall a numerous amount of times saying but im not even anxious right now.

i have asked the same question before and the answer is yes you can have the physical
symptoms without being anxious. i have been tense anxious for 3 months and as i have started to get better my body still aches, and feels week, my throat feels like i am being strangled, however when i think 'sod it' i am not letting the physical symptoms set me back, they start to disappear. its so hard but the more you can be headstrong and know its in your head the quicker it will pass. it takes time but really try not to focus on them and i promise it will help.

Yes, I have had physical symptoms almost non stop (which very occasionally go away for a short time) for 10 weeks, even when not consciously anxious.
