hey everyone. it has been a while since ive posted here bc i finally thought i was doing better until anxiety decided to make a comeback. i have relapsed and even though i have felt these symptoms hundreds of times before , everytime it feels like the first time. ive had GAD for almost 7 years (im almost 20). for a week now ive had the racing/punding heart symptom every single day and it just comes and goes but its mostly just there and it makes me miserable. yesterday, i finally thought it was gone but then i got a the shortness of breath and that made me lightheaded. i was not able to sleep until 1am because my chest felt tight. i guess what made me feel even more like that was that i got a random thumping/ flutterting noise coming out of my right ear and it freaked me out. that went away but this morning i woke up with a but of a oumding heart again anf i feel just awful and dont have the energy to get uo out of bed and do atuff. any movement makes my heart race. after weeks of not feeling like this it just comes back and i just want to be normal.

Setbacks do occur. That's apart of healing just continue to practice acceptance and you will feel better in no time. Do not fight with your thoughts don't react to them. Your still a little sensitize that's all You will be fine I promise. Go to YouTube and watch wonderbro, harry Barry, anxiety guy. And most importantly don't Google anything online it makes matters worst.lol trust me I know
