Physical Exhaustion, overworking= FUEL TO FIRE for Anxiety?

Have this for 3years (crazy dizziness along with all Health anxiety symptoms),

Year ago started to understand why/when it's happening, a month ago realised it's the anxiety that's causing it or at least it's the main thing that makes it so much worse.

Haven't been able to find any info on this, but what Role Does Physical exhaustion, doing something till you feel tired, tiring yourself out or even general flu which tires your body plays in activating the anxiety waves and all of it's symptoms?

I Get the crazy dizziness,THE DAY AFTER I have pushed myself a bit more and than had a sleep ( Lasts for like 3-5days before it slowly goes away in like 10-14days ,till the next time)

Here are some examples:

-1 Hour riding bicycle very peaceful and leisurely =no problem

-1 Hour very very active bicycle riding and climbing hills = Crazy dizziness

-3 hours riding bicycle leisurely = Major dizziness&anxiety symptoms

-Weight lifting in gym, hitting your max = Crazy

-Doing some very minor physical work for a day= All Ok!

-Doing some minor work for a day,but with bad rest and stress= Some dizziness, do it for 2-3days in a row and you get crazy dizziness.

Basically intensity of stress (Both Physical Load and emotional) = Intensity of the anxiety symptoms attack and my heart/body feels totally weak and over worked, like 10x more than it should!

Is this ''Normal'' For anxiety ,anyone in the same boat?

-Have done all the main Tests/checks, visited so many doctors= there's nothing wrong with me.

Also any1 knows the reason why it Happens usually only AFTER A DAY ( after I have had the sleep/relaxed) ?

Yep. I've always noticed this, especially when I'm deep in the mireof anxious thought. Problem for me is I'm quite a robust and physical guy but when you're so put under by the condition all that tolerance goes out of the window. I'd say a heavy exertion leaves it's Mark for like 5 days on me

Hm it is surprising that this would happen bc they say exercise is supposed to be good for anxiety as it gives you natural endorphines... but perhaps they mean just reg exercise not super crazy workouts like 3 hours worth lol.

I haven't noticed the exercise thing, but I know for a fact when I'm low on sleep I am more anxious, Which I relates to your thing bc low on sleep just means my body is tired, which is the same thing as your body being tired from all the exercise? So it sounds like it's one in the same.

In a case of minor anxiety that's true Philly, in more extreme cases of anxiety and PD heavy exercise is detrimental for most people

I know I used to avoid exercising bc my heart beating faster would remind me of panic attacks and make me nervous. But I slowly got over that and it doesn't make me as nervous anymore.

I have had anxiety since childhood and I’m now in my fifties.  So I have the exact thing happen to me after working out.

When we are stressed, it is a huge toll on the body, so our muscles are already tired. Then we exercise which puts additional load on the body.  It may take 24 hours or so for the body to feel the full effect of the exercise and to respond with the symptoms.

Almost like it’s in shock when we do intense exercise at first.

I actually feel worse sometimes after exercise so I now do moderate work outs.

Just listen to your body and adjust exercise accordingly .

    👍😁??
