Physical Health. Help! Male genitalia.

Hello guys, this is my first time ever writing and asking for help in a website like this. And before I start I just want to say that my English is not very good but I'm going to try and explain everything as well as I can. 1 day as I was just laying in bed I started just massaging my groin/penis outta nowhere I don't know why I just did and at some point I felt something weird, something like a little ball on the right side of the groin I touched it for a bit and stopped. Fast forward 2 weeks later I found myself in the doctor's office cuz that ball got larger and that right area of the groin got swollen. The doctor said that it's unlikely to be hernia and that its probably my lymph nodes, I thought the same till today. Now comes hard to explain part. Imagine how you can move a let's say spot of fat, you can move it around or make it cover larger area and not look so swollen well that's how that thing on the right side of my groin behaves, and it has made it's way to the bottom of my penis where the ball sack starts growing but the whole area to the bottom of the penis from the start of the little ball isn't swollen well it kind is but then right at the bottom is normal and then it gets swollen again on the ball sack, this is the best way I can describe it. Another thing I have to add is that the little ball thingy doesn't hurt what hurts is something that feels like a muscle it's not really big but it feels like I'm grabbing onto some kind of muscle that so called muscle starts from the little ball thingy continues to the bottom of the penis then stops and then I can feel that "muscle" again right at the start of the ball sack and it hurts quite a bit when I squeeze it or try to move it a bit. I know you can't just tell me what it is but any speculation might be of help when I go to the doctor for a check up and by the way I'm going straight for x-ray cuz I'm really worried. Thanks in advance!
