Physical symptoms persistent and severe, is that health anxiety?

Hello, I am new here. I want to share my experience and to ask some questions that may help me. Everything started after the vaccine, September last year. I did only the first dose and I had burning sensation in my knees and chest pain. Did some exams for miocharditis and were negativ. After 3 weeks I had tachycardia and pain and numbness in my feet especially fingers like I had arthritis but my family doctor said that pcr is normal and I didn't have more specific test. The tachycardia was awful I couldn't sleep, I went several time in ER but they said it is not because of vaccine. I feel very tired, I have a metallic taste in mouth, no appetite at all, and I have pain in my legs and my ankle are swollen but the doctor said it is normal to have swollen ankles for many factors and so far my blood exams are ok, I don't have to worry, I did a doppler and some coagulation factors tests and they were ok. But I still have tachycardia and I can't sleep, the thought that vaccine has caused all that is all the day in my head and I am angry at me for doing that. I went to a psycholog and he said that may be vaccine side effects and I had to go to the internist again. But the doctor said is only anxietyso I went to the psychiatrist and she gave me pimpaperon for sleep, I could sleep but I had tachycardia next day that was 160 and I finished in the emergency room , she gave me now opipramol and said just give a try but I am afraid of the side effects and I am not taking any medication. I don't know if it is really the vaccine because the symptoms are so persistent. I am living the hell this 6 months and I don't think I will be normal again

hello xheni,
How are you doing these days? I just saw your message.
I didn't get vaccinated, the reason being that 7 years ago a had a terrible reaction to a medicine I took. I had symptoms like yours and MUCH worse.
I do believe it could be from the vaccine but I also believe that if you don't get too scared by your symptoms and add anxiety into the mix, you will get better
