Physiotherapy post surgery?

Hello fellow bunion folk!

I had both mine done minimally invasively five weeks ago. Have obeyed all docs orders re keeping feet up for first two weeks and wearing ghastly ortho shoes ever since. I can walk quite well albeit like a duck but have got bursitis under toes in both so it feels like walking on lilos. Not too painful at any stage but occasional sense of electric shock and/or wasp stings which I hope is normal. Interested to know if anyone has had physio at this stage or what (if any) toe exercises I should do. They all feel a bit numb and locked solid right now!

They are rigid soled shoes with Velcro fastenings designed to stop the foot flexing as you walk. So you walk a bit like a duck!
