I’m 55 and was diagnosed with 3+3 PC last year. At my followup the MRI found a RADS 4 lesion of .6 cm and PSA of 4. I get a targeted biopsy in 2 weeks. Should I be worried?

You are not likely to have anything really serious, but it's good to keep alert and to keep undergoing the recommended investigative procedures to get as much information as possible. PSA of 4 seems low to me. I have had 3 + 3 for about ten years now and my PSA has usually been around 8. There again I do have other prostate issues including some BPH and frequent UTIs due to urine retention. In fact the cancer has been the least of my worries!

I know it's easy to say, but, don't worry about a thing, cause every little thing, will be alright.
Your young and with a Gleason 3+3, I wouldn't do a thing if I were you. Forget that biopsy.
Get your PSA checked in another year. Live and be happy for now.
