Which hormone cream is the safest? I thought maybe Estrace. Has anybody used it?

Sorry no one has replied.  I am wondering same thing.  I need some even to just have smear but I am so worried about spotting etc. They say it isn't absorbed like HRT but I've read it can be and I worry about side effects of burning etc and ending up being in a worse situation than at present.

I have used Estrace for 7 nights w/o any problems that I am aware of. Now I go down to 2 nights a week for 3 weeks using 1 gram. The first week was 1/2 gram each night. Also, I use the e/patch and take 200 mg of p at night. Hope this has helped you some way. I have not spotted any, yet. I will be 58 next month.

Thank you Melinda, Sorry to be blunt was it on the outside only?  I'm badly atrophied plus lichen sclerosus, it's scary using anything new and  the leaflet doesn't help going on about side effects. Did it hurt at all when you first applied it?

It was totally inside. The first time, I felt alittle burn for a few seconds then it was gone. I had more issue getting a 1/2 gram in the applicator (lol). I was so nervous. I was getting over an uti and yeast infection, so I thought I would be lit up like a flame. But, I was not. I do have alittle more moisture, and I mean little. So in the the next few weeks should tell the story. I know how you feel. The pain with sex, burn, itch, etc.
