It looks lovely!  a far cry from what wards used to look like isn't it?  I came out of THR last week and mine was great too.  I think having a room of your own really helps!  have you had you op yet?

    hi Lynne

    Wow - and enjoy!

Coming back from New York on aconference a few years ago, my seat was double booked and i was 'bumped up' to club class. As Mumsy says, another world, tho you probably were not given any champers!

Now that is a greaqt room. I prefer a room on my own if I can get one. They usually keep them for folks with infections now. But after my last experience on the ward I ahve asked if there is any chance of having a room on my own and they said they will try.

Great shots Lynne and hope evertything goes well for you today x

WHOAHO - Well done you - so glad it is over for you!!  I had shivers too - I didn't know it was normal!  live and learn.  Now your recovery starts Nd you will be FINE.  I am 6 days in now and feel SOOOO much better than when I first started posting on here about 3 days ago.  When I came home on day 3 I thought I would never walk again - RUBBISH - we break and we mend.  lots of water, good food, sleep, rest and pleasure - and do the exercises - they get easier day by day - it isn't a breeze but it does get easier.  Everyone is different but I am delighted the opmis out of the way - let the healing beginlol
