Hi All.

    Five weeks post op today, still a bit sore and swollen, and still have a gap.

    Ive been wearing a support bandage for three weeks.

    These pics are from  today.

      Terroir your foot looks great! Keep that bandage on! I still wear mine, either in bed or under my sock. It will close over. Do you place the bandage right down to the big toe? My bandage sticks over the end of my foot to help pull it all in. X

      Hi Rae,

      I wear the support most of the day, in between massaging lots of vitamin E cream. The support covers my big toe. I have a consultant appt. next Thursday

      I have my appointment next Tuesday x a bit of pain today, shooting pains and throbbing. I'm just hoping its all part of the healing process x
