Do you know what has brought this about: rough sex perhaps? Lots of men use penis developers or pumps, did this appear after using something like that? How long has it looked like this?
Essentially, cause gives a critical determination as to whether there can be a cure or not - so do you know how this got there? Or, has the skin simply changed to look like this?
So, at the moment, sex or masturbation could make this worse - so go easy.
Certainly a Dermatologist may be able to help you with this - but I would suggest, particularly if the area has been traumatised in any way - to leave this for 4 to 6 months before involving a Dermatologist ......

i believe its caused by trauma been there for like 3years it used to just be pigmentation dark mark. then i applied a cream i was advised to use by an online dermatoligest wich was a chemical peel and it turned it like this after it peeled.

If it has been like this my guess is it is not going to change. The only professional advice to seek would be from a trustworthy Dermatologist rather than someone online as you would know nothing about their professional credibility .....

because of the peel i used it was abit red its calmed down now! however looking at this what do u think the chances are of a dermatoligist beeing able to make it fade?

So, any Medical Professional would as far as possible establish the facts of what has occurred for you, such as the nature of the trauma and what this will mean for the lower levels of your skin. They will then assess whether there is any way to address this - and would consider reasons why this has not recovered to look as it always did previously .....

Hey Mike, just wanted to say if the pigmentation is harmless medically speaking, I do not think it looks bad or embarrassing at all. Most men have some type of blemish or something on their penis that they don't like. I just don't think it looks bad or something to be embarrassed about. Take care!
