I hate these kind of questions - im mortified...
I've just experienced a mild flare and am currently on steroids however i now have some kind of lump around my anus and don't know what it is. Never had it before. I assume its from excessive toilet paper use? Does anyone else experience this?

It's could be a haemmeroid. Also anal skin tags can form as a result of IBD more common in Crohn's. Get your doctor to take a look. Don't be mortified. They've seen it all before. Haemmeroids may resolve themselves with no treatment. or OTC creams. Anal tags can be surgically removed. It's a simple procedure. I've had it done.
