I have been suffering with internal Piles for 10 years plus, They come and go with using Anusol suppositories. some times it's a sharp pain and other times it can bleed. If not seen any medical doctor because I'm frightened of having any sort of surgery due to suffering from pain and discomfort after surgery. can any one advise what sort of treatment they have had that has been successful and what the recovery time ?

if they tend to go away then surgery may not be an option.
i'll tell you what though. since lockdown has started ive been going running for about half hour every morning. The result has been INCREDIBLE.
How is is your exercising reigime?
im still waiting for surgery on some external ones that have just been there for ages and no longer hurt as much but i feel exercise has helped in this regard.
and Broccolli. lots of it.
try this for 7 days even though it may feel uncomfortable...

There is a Chinese ointment known as Mayinglong Musk. Some people praise it. Also read about its details on google and also see its users views. Then you may decide if it can be useful to you.
