Has anyone had experience of the back2comfort \"complete sleeprrr\" pillow.?? It sells for about £60. I have had previous memory pillows but found them all uncomfortable, this one says it is adjustable for comfort.
Any advice please fellow neckers.

I use a cervical pillow which I got from Amazon. I too have tried memory foam pillows but find them very uncomfortable, I use my memory foam pillow on my armchair to support my back and shoulders.
I also have a memory foam mattress topper which I wouldn't be without.
Wearing good comfortable footwear I feel is important too, a couple I have are.... Flyflots, Reiker (antistress). We have to pamper ourselves, do we not?

I have thought about buying one of those little neck pillows, we have a new camping shop that sells them for £3.50. It might help stop my head flopping to one side when watchin tv.

I have to use 6 (six) regular pillows (angled into a corner) to get the least painful sleeping position (by making a 45 degree wedge) with the pillows
I have tried every kind of specialist pillow ever produced - its become something of a family joke.
I hate this CS pain -i ts like being cursed by God.
Wish you all less pain and a good nights sleep
