Pimple just below the circumcision mark

Hi

I had unprotected sexual activity with no penetration but included rubbing genital area with thighs. This was my first sexual act ever (29 years old). 7 days later I noticed a lump or pimple just below the circumcision mark. It is painless and doesn't feel anything. The pimple seems very flexible as it bends easily when the penis is retracted. I remember having something like a pimple around that area before my encounter but I cant be sure as I never paid attention. It has been almost a month now and there was no visible change. It is the same since I noticed it. Note that I keep track of the pimple every day (taking close up pictures).

Is this a wart? something else?

Points to add here, the pimple is very smooth for touch and the size is 2-3 mm. I have been under tremendous mental stress in the past month because of the encounter itself and then this pimple.

does it have any holes in it a meant to say it looks like theres a small hole at each side unless thats just the way the photo is taken

it isnt a pimple it is a skin growth its either a wart or a small cyst usually cysts develop a little hole in them sometimes they get a hole in each side of them i would say given the fact u had skin to skin contact u should get it looked at by a doctor to determine wat it is if its a wart they will burn or freeze it off 😩😩

      Hi

There is something like a hole in the left side but it is difficult to distinguish between a hole and skin marking. The above picture is when there was an erection. When there is no erection the growth seems deflated and feels like small piece of skin nothing more.

Below is another picture when there is no erection

is 7 days enough for a wart to show up? given that this was my first sexual contact. this is worrying me so much 😦

im not sure its either a wart or cyst an warts are spread by skin to skin contact so ye its possible

Update: 2 GPs have seen it and both dismissed any serious issue. One suggested it is a cyst and the other suggested a skin tag. I decided to see a dermatologist in London. He suggested it is most properly a follicle spot and was present from before the event. He noticed some similar but not as raised spots and they are follicles. I asked how a follicle can appear in an area with no hair and he said it is normal. He decided no treatment was needed.
