Pimple on breast that has turned purple, please help. (Photos)

a month or two ago I got this pimple on my breast so I popped it eventually it started turning purple and filled with blood so I drained the blood out of it and it still is here just flat now instead of raised. I'm scared it might be something serious but i can't afford to go to the doctor. if anyone has any idea on what this could be, please let me know.
