Pimple on my penis

This thing appeared on my penis a few days ago. I popped it (I know I shouldn't have) and rubbed a little bit of alcohol on it. Left it and it turned into this. It was kind of a big pimple, now it's bigger. Doesn't itch or hurt, it feels soft on the touch but I try not to press too hard. I'm not sexually active, I don't go to public pools or share underwear and stuff. I have had bad acne on my face, it's getting better now, I have similar pimples on my shoulders too. But I checked this on the internet and it might be molluscum contagiosum? Or am I wrong? What do I do, I've never had anything like this before. Is it deadly? Is my penis not going to function properly because of this after some time? Can it spread? I masturbated yesterday, didn't have any problems with erection or anything. I shower daily. John, what age are you? Have you been sexually active, or not yet?
What you have done is severely irritated what was there before. You need to get some liquid antiseptic (TCP if you are in the UK) and dab some directly onto this area 3 or 4 times a day - it should then begin to reduce in size after two or 3 days of doing this - but continue until it is almost completely gone.
Because of the way your penile skin is you are likely to get things like this from time to time - at the first sight of one get the liquid antiseptic straight on it for 2 or 3 days after you have sorted this one out which will take longer to heal because of the way it has been aggravated .....

Already started working on it. Yesterday I rushed to the drug store to buy a medication for that, used it 3 times so far and it's a lot smaller now. Will use it until it's gone and I'll keep you advice in mind. Thanks for the answer, I'm a lot more calmer now.

I'm from Eastern Europe, the medication I use is made only here and you probably haven't heard of him. In English it just means Health and it's used for treatment of small injuries and pimples. It's very commonly used because you can use it for a lot of stuff. A day later the pimple seems to have a black spot on top from when I popped it, it's doesn't have as much pus and it's smaller, doesn't seems as irritated.

As you have popped it you need to carefully make sure that the pus has drained - if the medication you are using is not a liquid antiseptic in liquid form may help both with the pus and to heal the wound .....
