Hi guys I was wondering if you could help me to figure this something on my private part. it's not painful at all sometimes itchy but not all the time I'm not having a hard time urinating and having sex I've got this thing first in November 1st week the first picture 
then second picture is the condition in the present time Do you guys know what it is? thank you very much.
