could this be a pimple or something i should be concern of it doesnt itch it kinda hurts because ive tried popping it. and its the only one i found ive checked if there were more

This is just a simple skin boil (folliculitis); allow it to settle on its own. You will only make it worse if you keep squeezing or picking at it.
