Pimples on legs

Can anyone tell me what these pimples on my legs are? They seem to pop up out of no where. I shower 1-2 times a day and wash bedding weekly Please help Thank you!

    Do you apply lotion after each shower? You can try this to see if it helps, skin could be dry..

    They don't really itch or sting and I don't use lotion. I don't like the feeling of products on me. I tried a salicylic wash but they didn't go away (though I didn't keep up with it as well as I should have). They come and go quickly. This picture was taken 8 hours later. I normally wash with a bar of Dove soap or a body wash.

      If they come and go quickly , it could be a minor allergy to something like washing detergent or fabric softener maybe. Or a type of fabric you wear.

      Have you tried sudocrem?
