Pimples On My Penis

Hello. I am a 21 year old African America and mysteriously found pimples on my penis around late July its almost been a complete month since they appeared and I'm not sure if they're going down or more are popping up. but i cant tell if they're hair bumps or just from my poor hygiene and being in the heat? I am slightly sexually active. i've had sex with three different partners in e beginning of the year. Two were with condoms(even though it broke with one) and the other without a condom(but i doubt its her because we've been having sex since September of 2019) and i didnt have any symptoms that i could find of a STD. They're not painful and it doesn't hurt when I pee or masturbate. image

    Hi, these are genital warts, you have to see a dermatologist for a treatment.
