Doesnt look like something serious to me or im blind and not see issue properly. Might be mild form of balanitis or just natural look of your glans.
Perhaps giving us information on what do you use to wash your glans and similar hygiene stuff might help provide you with better answer.

Does it appear to be dry? Use just warm water to wash your glans or medical soap which will hydrate it a bit, you can also apply some panthenol cream on it and see if it will change.
Doesnt look like anything serious, might even be natural appearance of your glans.

There are many types of penis pimples and bumps, but they all have one thing in common: they should not be popped or squeezed. Popping a pimple on your penis can lead to infection or scarring. It’s important to keep the penis pimple and the surrounding area clean and dry, but avoid scrubbing or using harsh cleansers that can cause irritation. If the pimple doesn’t go away or show signs of being infected, visit a doctor or dermatologist for treatment.
