Pimples/rash. What are these?

Hi everyone.

imageI've been getting these for a few months now. its on my back. I'm not sure if i should be worried or if its just the usual pimple. previously i used to suffer really badly with acne on my face and back and then i went on oratane treatment. it has cleared since i completed the course. i do occasionally get 1 or 2 pimples. also, I've had an exposure to hiv. I've had an elisa test at 10 weeks post exposure and it came back clear. was worried that it could be a symptom. i also have pets that stay indoors so i also thought it could be fleas or other insect bites. sometimes i do get a feeling like something is biting me and it does occasionally itch. whats your opinions??image
