Pinched nerve in neck

I am have pinched nerve with pain radiating down to fingers for one week. what should i do?

    Hi,

    One week is not too

    long for a nerve to settle. Once irritated they can take ages to calm down. Go to your gp if it worsens or spreads, otherwise, hopefully it will heal itself.

      Mike, thank you. i am at a spa and am having daily massages geared for neck problems. Hope they help.
