    Hi Deb ,

Have had it for a few years due to a shoulder injury thats currently having chiro ...plenty of ice ( flexible ice pack , fold it inside a towel so it doesnt burn you ) , stretching and a few visits to a good chiropractor will sort that out. Go local read reviews online about chiro's in your area and go see one you usually tend to have a first treatment free or an initial consultation.

    Best of luck

Hi Galvanized! I usually go to physical therapy for my shoulder injury. I just had rotator cuff surgery back in October then another surgery in February that I had frozen shoulder. Now after this surgery became more worse that I got pinched nerve and muscle tightness(knots). I don't know how I got this from. I think it is from nerve block to numb the shoulder and arm for surgery.

Hi there, when I first start getting pain in my arm it ran from my wrist then up my right arm & my neck/shoulder region. Work related injury. Stubborn as I am I starting using my gym again, 15-20mins every 2nd day. Nothing to heavy though. Since using my gym I have no longer any neck pain & it does help the pain in my arm. I don't have pain in my actual shoulder itself. The only difficulty I have with my shoulder is that I am unable to raise my arm or put it up behind my back to scratch it if I have an itch. Lol 😂😂😂

Hi! 😀 What kind of exercises did you do to get rid of nerve pain? I plan on joining Planet Fitness to lose weight and help relieve pain too.

You might want to have that checked out by a trusted (I'm nicely saying competent )  doctor. I thought I was having the same thing and now have a Frozen Shoulder.. Tried antiinflamatories? If it hasn't improved, please go have it looked at.  I didn't and it was a mistake.

PS. I thought I had a pinched nerve too, similar to what you describe... Good luck.
