Pinching pressure pain in urethra/clitoris

i have a constant pinching full feeling in my urethra/clitoris area, it gets worse AFTER urinating but not during, and it is constant. Its more annoying than painful, and i never get the urge to urinate, it makes me quite anxious if i go places where there is not a toilet as i never know if i need to go or not. i drink 1-2 litres a day so its not like i shouldn't need the toilet. I probably go twice a day as i go when i wake up and before bed but only because i think I probably should, not because i feel the urge to go.

Sometimes during sex i can feel my bladder being pushed against but not always, its really beginning to worry and upset me as i am only in my early twenties. Ive spoken to my doctor about it, im under urology but they said there is nothing wrong!

    Have you been tested for bacterial vaginosis? I had similar issue when I had it.

      hi no i haven't, I did the canesten self test and it came up with no BV. How do you treat BV? I'm not sure if my doctors will test me for it at the moment due to the coronavirus.

      Ok. It was just a thought 😃. Yes, the coronavirus has made it impossible. Usually the doctor will call in a script for Metrogel or Metro pills. In addition, I also use Boric Acid capsules vaginally only.....do not ingest, as I went to a specialist and the traditional antibiotics do not work for me.

      Good luck and I hope you are able to get an answer! Maybe you can do a tele-health appt with a urologist or obgyn?
