this am i woke up with a red crusty eye.. a little painful... i put lavender on the outside of eye on skin and then in morning i put a warm rag and when i did that.. it got blurry... its not much crusty anymore .. is this normal? has anybody got a pink eye with a little blurred vision?

Have you got a yellow discharge in your eye as well?If so you probably need Chloramphenicol antibiotic ointment or drops. If this doesnt clear in a couple of days then see your doctor. Keep your fingers well away from your eye......if it is conjunctivitis it is very infectious and can spread to the other eye. only swab with warm water and cotton balls , wiping one way, once,and then throw the swab away. Dont use a face flannel/cloth.

thank you it went away on its own .. i used lavender oil and thats it .. with warm compresses but i did have alot of pus.. weird but it went away on its own for now
