Pinkish red raised portion on penis

I have had this dark pink inflammation kind of thing on my penis for atleast for more than a year. I recently decided to ask about it to a Urologist who had a quick glimpse at it and said that it is Balanoposthitis and gave me a generic prescriptiom to eat 10 tablets of Augmentin 620 duo+ 5 tablets of Fluconazole 150 for 5 days. Today is the 5th day and I dont think it has drastically reduced or gone (as he had claimed it will).

I also have a soft very flexible skin colored bump on the side of my foreskin which is painless, puss less and easily glides back and forth with foreskin.

Both of these havent grown in size since the time I remember having them (atleast for a year or more)

Post ejaculation I tend to have a sensation for a while as if I have to pee and the area feels strained & uneasy (maybe or maybe not related to my issue). I sent some pictures to my uncle (General surgeon) on watsapp (not the best way for a doctor to judge). He said it appears to be viral & suggested I apply Fucidin H cream on it twice a day and it should settle.

I have been sexually active before marriage (never without a condom) & have been screened for Syphillis & HIV only recently but no other STD's. STD screening in India is ridiculously high and I am in two minds whether I require any particular test. Also, I will be moving to Canada coming year where screening is free (thinking whether i wait it out to save money). Your opinions would be helpful, Thanks!imageimage

I have seen growths like this due to HPV exposure, suggest you work with medical professionals to get to what you have going on ......

If it is coming due to HPV , what is the solution if no warts are there at all?

You need to see a medical professional that deals with sexual health issues, you are likely to have two entirely separate issues going on ......
