pins and needles

started taken the pills yesterday...

Last night my arm felt really heavy and my fingers were like i had pins and needles......

Am i just a worryer or has anyone else had this with the pills??

OO and hand felt really cold....

    I think everyone who takes DHC has some strange body feelings, who knows you could have just been resting funny on a nerve in your arm smile

    I've been taking DHC for a couple of years and have problems daily with similar symptoms as you describe. This has affected writing anything at length and carrying things at times. Am still not totally sure whether this relates to DHS but seems strange that this has become more noticeable when I've had to increase the amount of DHS I use.

    This happened to me, i then ended up with periphral neuropthy.
