Pins and needles

I have got very bad pins and needles in my right hand could this 

be carpal tunnel would steroid injection help xx

    Hi this was the same as me, keeping me up all night and felt burning sensation at times. I got the steroid injection and it lasted a fair few weeks took the nighttime pain away. I had carpal tunnel release surgery on tues just gone (31/1/2017) and its stiff and sore around incision site but no numbness or tingling either. Your GP will do a simple test b4 giving u the injection

    You need to get an EMG test to get a proper diagnosis, then can decide on injection or surgery based on severity if it is CTS. Talk to your GP about this.
