Yes I have these symptoms on and off. sometimes for months on end then they vanish and come back. I am still in the diagnostic process so I am thinking I have fibro. I am extreme muscle fatigue in various muscles..mostly legs, shoulders and cheeks and jaw. I have so many strange symptoms ppl think im nuts. But your not alone.

Hey check out BFS I also have many of those symptoms. I'm still in the investigation process of figuring out what's going on but blood tests have a little day some of those autoimmune that you suggested for me and I know I just also mentioned the BFS as a possibility. I also get the muscle twitching extreme muscle fatigue as well.

Thanks for all the replies, think I will need a check up with doctor as my legs under the knee went totally numb during the night, bit scary when I woke and couldn't move them for a few minutes and pins and neddles are more regular then over the last 2 years.

I suffered pins and needles down my right arm and leg and it drove me crazy.  Blood tests revealed that I was very low on folic acid.  Since I have corrected this and don't experience this much now.

    Hope you find a solution.
