I was diagnosed with CFS 8 years ago and am moderate/ severe.
In the last week or so I've had pins and needles in my hand when waking and occasionally in my feet.
It eases during the day.
Can this be a CFS symptom? I heard it happens in MS. Does anyone know the difference?

I have CFS. I sometimes get pins and needles too and don't have MS. It's got worse with the menopause.
