Pins and Needles

I've had Costochondritis since April, battling my way through the variety of symptoms around chest, rib and back pain that seem unending! Just recently I've had pins and needles in my arm, front of leg and face/back of head... does anyone else have these symptoms, not sure if they are even related to this condition or to something else..

    i had it for a year with similiar symptoms, plus more, rest alot, take anti-inflam foods and supplements such as turmeric, and dont stress about it, any more questions just ask!

    recovered about a year go, thank god xD

    @ArtOfWar, thanks so much for your reply, I do find anti inflamatory foods help a lot! will try the tumeric as that seems to be something new which is getting good reviews, any advice on a good tumeric supplement?

    Sorry for long reply, internet problems, im not sure i just got capsule turmeric from the local wholefoods/supplement store, any will do im sure, hope ur well
