Hi Hope,
Yes, I have had this off and on. And a very sore patch on my shoulder blade on that side.
Is it all the time for you, or does it come and go...?
Very uncomfortable, disconcerting, maddening...
If it gets to be too much, I use a heating pad for a little bit, sometimes alternate with ice. I don't think I'm really solving the issue, just distracting my brain from it, if that makes sense.
Saw my neurologist for migraines last week. and he says I have unhappy nerves right now, lol. They need to grab hold of themselves and get happy, as life doesn't seem to care they aren't too swift right now.
He did the neurological exam things. checking for weakness, differences in strength and response in reflexes, etc. Nothing notable there.
He did say hormone fluctuation doesn't cause whatever is going on, but can definitely trigger a flare.
Trying to find reassurance in that.
Hope you can find some relief ,
Sara

Hello Sara. This is my first time experiencing this. Started this morning and its been off and on since then. Started in a finger then it went to the whole hand. I refuse to google because i know i would find something that would put my over the edge and sky rocket my anxiety. I will try the heating pad and ice. So sorry to hear what you are going through, this time in our lives is very daunting and depressing at times. So glad i found this community of women. You all have become family to me. At times i feel like my family doesn't understand what i am going through, mentally and physically. I am praying for you and God bless and thanks once again.

This forum and the friends and family we have become is such a huge blessing. I feel like even though we each have to bear our own symptoms, it feels so comforting to look around and see other strong women here, getting through. And other women in moments of hardship, reminding us it's ok to not be ok all the time. And women who have had some good times returning, giving hope that this too shall pass.
Praying for you and all the ladies here often~~
Sara
