Pins and needles to numbness only on the right side

I sometime get this pins and needles sensation throughout only the right side of my body head to toe which then turns into numbness and then disappears. The whole experience last anywhere from 30 seconds to 1 minute, sometimes multiple times a day. This week I've been waking up with it in progress.

The few doctors I've seen about this don't have an answer and tell me to take multivitamins or B6 & B12 which did help but now it's getting worse.

I don't drink alcohol but do smoke Marijuana but not cigarettes. One doctor said it is because of Marijuana but would not elaborate as to why that would be the case. Marijuana does make it go away though.
