Pins & Needles

Posted , 2 users are following.

Took Amitriptyline from an early age. Very high dose for over 20 years.

To cut a long story short I have aggressive pins and needles in hands/feet and other parts of body. 24/7 for the last 6-8 years.

Has anyone else experienced anything similar?

Actually - yes. I've been on it the past year and when I take it in the morning I feel slight tingling in my fingers.

I'm worried about taking  Amitriptyline for a long period of time. Have you experienced any negative cognitive affects?

What are you taking amitriptyline for and what dose?

It’s annoyingly addictive and works well but the long term effects for your body will most likely outweigh any good it’s doing now. Try anything to Find a new way of combatting your illness.

Have a lot of experience and would love to try and help you
