I have lupus and sjogrens for past 2 weeks ive had pins and needles of a night and muscle spasms in my legs during the day some spasms are painful im scared it is ms as l already have 2 autoimmune diseases. Im fatigued but this could be due to lupus or sjogrens. My eyes are very and sore but again could sjogrens l can only sleep after a couple of paracetomol which helps with sensations
