Pinworms

I know I'm very very late but I've had pinworms since August or September. I had actually witnessed a worm trying to come out and them in my stool, I'm just a kid and told my mom about how my v* was hurting and she took me to the doctor the next morning. Apparently I had a UTI, I was confused because not even my doctor knew I had pinworms. I really wanna know how long these worms can last for. If anyone knows, please tell me. Merry Christmas 😃
