    Hi,

Unfortunately then it sounds like you're claiming everything you can.

It's a joint ESA claim yes? and which group are you in?

If you have children it's child benefit/tax credit, also housing benefit, council tax reduction and your ESA. I'm sorry i can give you any good news. If you're in the Support group you won't be affected by the benefit cap. If you are then the cap may affect you because of losing your DLA/PIP.

Waiting time for Tribunals are anything from 8-12 months depending on your area. Good luck.

I'm not sure why you would think they will stop your ESA, they can't do this unless you're found fit for work and you can't be found fit for work without an assessment. Your ESA will continue until a decision is made. As it was only March that you returned your form it can take months and months before you hear anything.

It's nothing to do with DWP at this stage so they wouldn't be able to help you. It's the health assessment providers you need to ring and not DWP.
