hi just a quick question i have standard rate
for care but i have just had all new handles on front and back door new steps put in and i have just got a
thing to put my socks. should i phone pip up to tell them things have changed

No why should you? You have just made some adjustments that's all. If you are saying your condition has got worse then that's different. You can apply for higher rate but bear in mind you might lose your current rate as this does happen. x
