pip assessment

Well all I had my assessment today and really wasn't as bad as I thought it would be I got a lovely guy who was very familiar with our condition and was very understanding. So time will tell I suppose. He said I should hear something in the next 4 weeks. Also had a ct scan scan today which was a bloody awful time for me personally plus been to docs about my frozen shoulder only to be referred to physio which they have already said they can't treat me because of the Fibro xx

Hi,Nicola51831,pleased your assesment went well.i thought mine had to but boy was I shocked after just 10 days to get it back taken almost everything from me...I have had 9 back operations, have nerve damage in back,legs.feet.fybro to,pains everywhere.the lady that did me talked more about her family and there problems than I did me and my condition.i of course have took it to apeal and have a tribunal in Feb.it makes you. Feel ill to be put through such a horrendous thing.she even laughed at me when I couldn't remember the three items..

how one woman can take your independance away from you just like that..P.I.P....more like prisoner inside place.as its rendered me housebound....moan over..sorry

Thanks Kaz40,I have reported her or shall I say I'm almost done with the letter.as you know things take twice as long to do,I'm so tired all the time, don't sleep and when I do I wake screaming with nerve pain.112mg morphine patch, diazepam, liquid morphine, naproxen ,paracetamol to get me through the night never mind the daytime.

but hey she says I have nothing wrong with me,been registered disabled for 17 yrs now.so I don't have metal implants in back,or they didn't cause irreversible nerve damage when they messed up an operation..hallelujah I'm cured!!.,   ( oh crap it's a dream) God I wish she could spend 24 hours in my shoes...Awww shame I can't actually get any on as feet so swollen and sore...what I want to know all is just who is P.I.P for? Sending hugs to all x
