Hello I've got fibromyalgia and ptsd and others illnesses and had my pip assessment on Thursday I was in the assessment for over half an hour and they read threw my hospital letters ect and I was just wondering if anyone knows how long it takes to get a decision I was told 4-6 weeks is this normally the case thank you in advance

Hi Sharon,
yes mine took 4 weeks. I think it depends where you are, some parts of the country seems to be going through more quickly than others. I'm in the South West. Everything crossed for you. x

Yes it's more like 6 two eight weeks and it's does not mean you get pip as they are liyers I was on Dla for life and was on it for 20 years ,with depreshon ,panick attacks ,I do not cook formyself and do not go out without a career ,got 2 points from the layeing scum had a mandontorey reconsideration got 11 points so pip ,l am still £100 ever 4 weeks good luck
