PIP ASSESSMENT - advise

Hi all,

long time since iv posted, just looking for some adivse.

third time applying for PIP... both previously ending at tribunal but successfull.

previous encounters assessors have lied, given false information etc. I was honest with my problems. assessor seemed very genuine... so i say now. just wondered has anyone refused the physical examination? i have been suffering from a migraine, not been sleeping because of the stress and i was in so much pain. i am now worried because i have refused due to pain this will go against me.

any advise would be greatly appreciated.
