Pip complaints email

Does anyone know what the complaints email address is for pip complaints please.

    Hi,

    There's no email address for DWP. If it's a complaint about an assessment report then it's the health assessment providers you need to write to about the complaint and not DWP. DWP will not be interested in any complaints about assessment reports.

      Thanks for your reply. The universal credit department and debt management have email addresses for complaints. There must be one fir the pip department

      Universal credit is completely different! There's no email address for PIP in just the same way there's no email address for JSA, ESA or Income Support.

      There is a complaint email address for debt management which is the DWP and so is universal credit. There is a complaints email for them all but they try to keep them private so that you do not complain because there is so much to complain about. When I find out the complaints email address I will post it in here for people to use.Sounds like they need it.

      That number is for capita. All DWP numbers are free phone numbers and the number to call PIP is 0800 121 4433.
