Pip desession

hi does any body know if pip calls you on a desession on your claim after reconsideration please

    I am waiting for a decision at paper reconsideration tribunal stage. How long can it take to get a final decision?

    Not too sure about PIP, but with my last DLA re-assessment (2011) the Decision Maker telephoned me after I refused to accept his original decision. We discussed were he had gone wrong and agreed that the original High Mobility/Middle Care was the one to go for. He said he would put his revised decision in letter form withing a few days.

    It was very much like having a discussion over what rate I should be on.

    I was awarded 16points last year with Pips which meant I had a two year award on Enhanced rate  when I could drive and was in permitted work pre shoulder surgery . Due to an utterly incompetent assessment done at my  house I was given 7points post shoulder surgery. I have  now been put into the ESA support group . Pips stopping my award have pushed me into finding work with a very painful shoulder post op with Fibromyalgia.  Unfortunately I cannot find any work so have hardly any money coming in. I am single mother and totally being pushed over the edge. I should hear back from PIPs by next week also a judge is looking at this ridiculous case.
