Pip face to face

Hello ive got pstd because someone tried to kill me with a breadknife in my sleep im lucky to be alive although mentaly damaged forever I had a face to face I was deemed mentaly unfit to be there by the assesor when I had a sever bout of trauma due to questions the assesor had to hold my hands plus security told her

This lad deserves help all of it look at the mess hes in

She daid she was going to phone her boss after ive gone she was moved clearly

But today had a phone call from capital she asked me a lot of questions about the effect on my day to day she was shocked by some ofthe things I said I told 3 yrs awarded dla for life nov only to lose it all o points feb same year

She said shell make her report

And let me know in 4 weeks

I hope it will be fair

    Hi,

    I'm sorry to hear this. Fingers crossed that you get a decision in your favour.

    You can ring DWP and ask for a copy of the assessment report. This will give you some idea what the decision is likely to be as they mostly go with that report. It's also very handy to have if a decision doesn't go in your favour and you have to go down the appeal route by asking for a Mandatory Reconsideration.
