Hi,
Your next step is to request the Mandatory Reconsideration (MR) you have 1 month from the date of the decision to do this and it should be put in writing, stating where you think you should have scored those points and your reasons why. Then add a couple of real life examples of what happened the last time you attempted that activity for each descriptor that applies to you.
Evidence should be sent with the letter to support your claim because they rarely contact anyone for this.
Do be aware that because of current conditions then decision waiting times are most likely huge and longer than normal.
You won't receive any money while you wait for the decision, of course. Most MR decisions remain the same so you'll likely have to take it to Tribunal.
Do also be aware that with your PIP ending it could affect any other benefits you're currently claiming, including carers allowance, if someone is claiming this for looking after you.

The number to ring is 0800 121 4433 but if you're ringing to request the MR then the best way is to put it in writing and sending a letter, as advised.
If you received the NHS letter and you're shielding and are unable to go out to post the letter, if you can't get someone to post it for you then yes ring them to request it BUT waiting times for ringing will be increased due to current conditions.
There's only a 15% chance of the decision changing at MR stage so do be aware of that.
